Sign in as member
Occasionally, you may need to log in as another member in order to troubleshoot for that member. You can do this from the Manage Members / Contacts page. When you log in as another member from this page, an event will be added to the audit log showing that you did so.
If you try to log in and receive the error message, "Failed to login. The EULA has not been accepted", it means that the user has not accepted Lucernex's end user license agreement. This agreement is presented to the user when they first log into Lucernex. For you to log in as this member, they will first need to log in using their credentials and accept the end user license agreement.

Find the member you want to sign in as.

Click login as member link in the Actions column of the member.

In the dialog that opens, click Login.
The Dashboard opens. You are now logged in as the member.
